When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, age range, biological sex, and primary health goal. As you use the app, we collect the wellness and supplement data you enter, including your stack items, daily check-ins, health markers, and progress entries.
How We Use It
Your data is used only to power your MyStack experience. We use it to show you your stack, track your progress, and personalize your check-ins. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
How Long We Keep It
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Third Party Services
We use third party services to help operate the app, including hosting, analytics, and email marketing. These providers access your data only as needed to perform services on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.
When you create an account, your name and email address are added to our email marketing platform (Klaviyo) so we can send you onboarding information, product updates, and wellness tips. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Transactional and account-related emails may still be sent regardless of your marketing preferences.
Affiliate Links
The Explore section of MyStack contains links to third party products. We may earn a commission if you make a purchase through these links at no additional cost to you.
Children's Privacy
MyStack is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete the account immediately.
Notifications
If you opt in to reminders, we will send push notifications based on your schedule. You can turn these off at any time in your device settings.
Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen. For questions or requests, contact us at [email protected].
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
