What MyStack Is
MyStack is a personal tracking tool, not a medical application. Nothing in this app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or modifying any supplement, peptide, or medication protocol.
Your Account
You must be 18 or older to use MyStack. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You own your data. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Some features of MyStack require a paid subscription. Subscription details, pricing, and available tiers are presented clearly at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled according to the App Store or Google Play refund policies and are not issued directly by MyStack.

Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. Deletion is permanent and all associated data will be removed within 30 days.
What Happens if the Service Closes
If MyStack is discontinued, we will provide at least 30 days notice through the app and via email. You will have the opportunity to export your data before the service ends.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Wisconsin.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
